Revisions and corrections
A changed claim is a new claim, and the old one stays visible.
Speakers revise. A prediction made in 2024 and restated in 2026 with a different horizon is two records, not one record with a new number. The ledger stores the later claim and points it at the earlier one.
The same applies to the dataset itself. A corrected record keeps its history in the revision log, because an archive that can be silently edited is not an archive.
